For added security, we meet direct-booked guests on site to verify ID and the payment method used for booking. The name on the reservation, ID, and credit card must match. We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
